As both a clinician and a mother, I bring a compassionate, real-world lens to my work. I understand the complexity of balancing expectations, emotional needs, and daily demandsβespecially within families. My values center on dignity, autonomy, collaboration, and sustainability. Rather than focusing on "fixing" behavior, I help clients and families understand what behavior is communicating, build executive functioning and emotional regulation skills, and create systems that actually work in real life.
I hold a master's degree in early childhood education with dual certification in special education and general education and later completed my board certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA). I also earned a second master's degree in marriage and family therapy and hold certification in executive functioning. I integrate evidence-based behavioral strategies with systemic, attachment-informed, and relational approaches, allowing me to support individuals, couples, and families in a holistic, practical, and deeply human way.
I am especially passionate about supporting parents, caregivers, and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. I am known for my warm, direct style and my ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, actionable guidance. My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to build meaningful, lasting change.
